My family has been going here for over 15 years. Many special occasions and they are really good with birthdays. I usually have the tamales Cancun. I'm a good eater but can't eat it all. Ask for Alfredo. You won't be disappointed.

It was okay. The servers could have been much nicer they were kind of rude and not interested in the customers. On the flip side the food was awesome, also they have a bowling alley right on the inside, so you can eat and then go bowling. So neat. & At Night time the lanes are lit up with led lights.

Cancun has never disappointed me... Always good food and strong margaritas. Once or twice the service was below par, but that's to be expected at any restaurant occasionally. I have been frequenting Cancun for about the last eight years and it is my favorite Mexican restaurant in Cincinnati.

Just went to this new location about a week ago! The food was delicious. They transformed the space nicely. I think the service could be slightly improved. Not much staff for a Saturday evening. That would be the only suggestion. But the food did come out promptly, it just took a while for someone to come greet us and take our orders.

This is definitely one of the better Mexican restaurants in the city. It's always pretty busy, and on a Sunday night, like tonight, it was no exception. We had a large group and it took a little bit for us to get a table, but that was expected. The food came out great and was really delicious but the service was lacking a little bit, although I have a feeling it was probably due to how busy they were. This location is inside of a bowling alley, so if you're looking for a place to eat before bowling this is perfect. Even if you're not bowling it's still a pretty convenient location and a staple on the west side.
